ABOUT ME

My approach to therapy is integrative, meaning I draw on a range of psychological and psychotherapeutic theories to help us develop a shared understanding of the issues you bring. Focussing on self-awareness, acceptance and understanding allows us to create a foundation to explore challenges and identify meaningful opportunities for growth and transformation.

I believe this approach is most effective in meeting the unique needs of each client—no single type of therapy suits everyone. I also believe that the emotional quality of the therapeutic relationship is key to achieving resolution and healing.

The relationship we build together is central to my approach. I work collaboratively, combining various therapeutic perspectives with your insights about yourself, your experiences, and your history to explore the root causes of your difficulties.

I combine my theoretical knowledge with a flexible, pragmatic approach that deeply respects your needs and preferences.

This allows me to offer a variety of therapeutic modalities, which we can integrate into our work together.

These include psychodynamic, developmental, and neuroscience theories, transpersonal, person-centred, trauma-informed, somatic, and creative approaches, as well as cognitive-behavioural methods (CBT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT).
